Happiness is in Now
Happiness is in “Now”
Some times you feel,”is this life? and is there any meaning to life ?” .Every thing is not going as planned. The mobile you are trying is out of range or switched off. The shower in bathroom is not working. The file which has dead line is still pending. Simply you wonder what happened.
“Yes this is life”. Life is not according to your plans .Nature has its own plans. Simply you are pushing nature to fit to your plans, ideas and greediness.
“Is it necessary to control every thing? “ .Simply lose idea of control .Just allow. Just flow with nature. Things will automatically will fall into its place. It is your ego unnecessarily involving and your little “I” is spoiling big picture. Have you ever seen Tree is planning? No. It accepts summer and its accepts winter. But human beings simply wastes time in grumbling about the temperature. ”Oh last year this much temperature is not there “. Sun is shining as usual without complaint. Just accept two polarities in life and move beyond both.
Just listen .No need of talking .Just flow. Don’t fall in so much doubts. Don’t imagine some rambha will come and fall in your lap. There is no hell and heaven .It is your mind creates all hell and heaven.
Just be silent and know. Just listen to inner symphony. No need of guilt and no need of worry. It’s not becoming that matters and it is just being that matters. Are you real you ?
Is your personality is real ? are you wearing some mask ? Don’t pretend to be happy in fact you are not happy.
Why searching out side for happiness as you are always happy . From where happiness stems when you are in deep sleep ? .You are happy without possessions. Slowly go in. Touch the inner core .Just be in touch with your self. Its just like remembering “key” is in the pocket . Slowly turn inward.
Don’t think you will be happy when you get lottery or promotion or big money . Enjoy sunset or seashore or simple fragrance of flower .Because happiness is in “Now”. Mind is missing the perfume of present in the trap
Past and future. Only Present is the unending eternal moment.
Just put aside your mind. Don’t control or don’t involve and Don’t judge Be a passive observer. Let thoughts come and go . Soon observer will become observed. Then the magic happens.
Mind is mourning and No-mind is meditation. When Meditation happens real joy appears it happens not due to any out side objects only due to your self.
This is what our Upanishads say “Tatwamasi (“You are that”)

నీ ఎదుట నేను
ఆ కలొక్క టే
సత్యమై
కల లన్నీ
భగ్నమై
నగ్నమై
నీ ఎదుట నిలిచాను !
ఆకలి ఆ చ్చా దిత
వక్షొ జ ద్వయం !
కాలం
కదులు తుంటే
అతని కా న్వా సు పై
గీతలు గా
వ ర్ణాలు గా
మై దానాలు గా ,
పర్వతా గ్రాలు గా ,
చీలిన జలపాతాలు గా ,
నా లో ఆకలి వృష్టి సాగి నా
అతని కుంచె నుం డి జారుతొంది
క ళా సృష్టి !
నీ ఎదురు గా నే ను !
అలసిన చ లించని మేను !
కుంచె అలి్సాక
ఆకలి పెరిగాక
అతను ఇచ్చిన నోటు
వేస్తుంది ఆకలి కి వేటు !
క ళ్ళు పడ కుండా
ఒళ్ళు కప్పెసుకుని
చీకటి లో కి జారి పోతాను !
కా్న్వాసు నుం డి అందం
అంగడి లోకి రవాణా అవుతుంది !
అతని పైకం తో ఒక
రోజుని గతం లోకి గెంటుతాను !
రేపటి సంగతి ఆకలి కే తెలుసు !
అతను మళ్ళీ పిలుస్తాడు !
అతను ;నేను
ఆకలి త్రాసుకు అటు ఇటు !
ధు : ఖం ఆ కా సమై
సుఖాలు వచ్చి పో యె
మేఘా లైనప్పుడు

వాకిలి వదలని విహంగాలం !

Inner Journey
You have to walk
alone in the path
though path embraced by night's wrath
You have to traverse
thousand failures
between victory and victory
You have to wear
autumn
till spring sprouts !
You must have vision
in the amidst of illusions
till you you get illumination
You have to cling to toil
though dreams hanging on the
verge of boiling point !
You should not lose
confidence
though possessions lost
in abundance !
Inner makes
outer possible
let's go into inner
journey !

Omkareswara -poem
“Narmada “
filled with serene
waves,
flowing eternally,
chanting “Om”!
Narmada,
Drawn people
to dip in it
to dwell in pious
thoughts
in the early dawn!
On the banks of
Narmada
Juxtaposed by
Jyotirlingam
“Omkareswar”!
Traveling towards
Lord Shiva,
by passing through
curves,
with serene
nerves,
into the hearts of the hills,
creates
transcending experience!
Upon reaching the
shiva,
People pouring
sacred water,
Putting bilva leaves,
Putting sanguine
flowers
on lingam,
Worshipping with
devotion!
Temple echoing
eternal “Om” !
People returning
from the temple
Failed to notice
the existence
Of shiva in the
heart of the “beggar”!
resides besides
the temple.
